What is the difference between Upvoice and Synthetron?

Upvoice is the platform, Synthetron NV is the company behind it. With a licence you work on Upvoice yourself, with full service we do it for you.

Do we need a licence for a single project?

No. You can book full service separately for a single project. If you later want to run dialogues more often, you can still take a licence.

How quickly can we start?

A project with full service needs about three weeks of preparation. With a licence, your team is trained first, and we run the first session together.
