In line with its mission "Growing a Better World Together", Rabobank wanted not to talk about its stakeholders but with them, and to use their insights to sharpen its policy.

The approach

A dialogue in three phases: a short introduction via Teams, a structured one-hour Synthetron session around five sustainability questions, and a reflection by an expert panel.

During the session, a moderator followed what came up live and adjusted the script accordingly, so the conversations stayed on track.

The outcome

Rabobank gathered a wide range of perspectives on sustainability and banking, as a basis for future policy. Participants valued the approach: "compliments for your consultation method".

The insight Rabobank

A moderator followed the session live and adjusted the script to what came up.
