The occasion Culture and collaboration
You want to know how collaboration really works, between teams, departments or layers of the organisation.
- A shared picture of day-to-day practice
- Patterns that are widely recognised
- Improvement ideas with support per group
There are plenty of opinions about culture and collaboration, but few shared pictures. What is discussed in management does not always match what employees experience.
In an anonymous dialogue, employees respond to each other's experiences. You see which patterns are widely recognised and which improvements gain support.
The approach 3 steps
From question to a next step people stand behind
We guide every step. What we mainly ask of you is substance: two meetings beforehand and a co-moderator during the session.
- Step 1
Sharpening the question
Together we make the question concrete, for example about collaboration between departments or about what makes good work possible.
- Step 2
The dialogue
Employees anonymously share their experiences and vote on what they recognise.
- Step 3
From picture to improvement
The outcome shows which patterns and ideas are broadly supported, as a basis for concrete agreements.

Questions about culture and collaboration
Is your question not listed? Ask it in an introductory call.
What is the difference with the social safety dialogue?
This dialogue is about everyday collaboration and culture. The social safety dialogue focuses on sensitive experiences and signals that call for extra care.
Can we report back per team?
Yes, from eight participants per group. That keeps anonymity guaranteed.
Can teams or departments respond to each other?
Yes. Everyone sees and rates messages from other teams anonymously. That shows which improvements in collaboration across boundaries are broadly supported.
Four application areas
Every application works with the same live dialogue.
-
Social safety & culture
Make sensitive experiences and day-to-day practice open to discussion, including for people who are rarely heard.
-
Strategy & change
Discover what is broadly supported for the course, understand what change demands in practice and adjust based on what works.
-
Participation & policy
Let residents, students and other stakeholders contribute substantively to policy and public issues.
-
Employees & organisation
Understand what lies behind the figures, make use of employees' knowledge and give the works council a strong voice.
Ask one question of everyone it concerns
In a demo you see Upvoice with your own question: what you ask, who you invite and what you'll have at the end.
